ARMY
Monarch Construction Company, Cincinnati, Ohio, was awarded on March 9, 1996,
a $10,466,000 firm fixed price contract for a base realignment project which
includes demolition, asbestos/lead removal, fire protection, plumbing,
heating/ventilation/air conditioning, and electrical upgrades. Work will be
performed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, and is expected to be completed

technology which can enable future Navy extended-range guidance munitions
concepts. Work will be performed in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and
is expected to be completed by February 1999. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured
