AIR FORCE

Holmes and Narver Services, Incorporated, Orange, California, is being awarded a $23,998,915 firm fixed price contract to provide for demolition and replacement of 161 units of military family housing at Edwards Air Force Base, California. Contract is expected to be completed October 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 37 firms solicited and 6 proposals received. Solicitation began September 1995 and negotiations were complete November 1995. Air Force Flight Test Center, Edwards Air Force Base, California, is the contracting activity (F04700-96/C-0013).

Boeing Defense and Space Group, Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a $12,350,000 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract to provide for conversion of 100 AGM-86B Air Launched Cruise missiles into AFM-86C Conventional Air Launched Cruise Missiles. The work will be performed at Boeing Defense and Space, Oak Ridge Tennessee. Contract is expected to be completed October 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity (F34601-95/C-0478, P00015).

Roger Kennedy Construction, Incorporated, Altamonte Springs, Florida, is being awarded a $7,189,879 firm fixed price contract to provide for construction of 20 new units of military family housing and demolition of 53 existing units at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. The work will be performed at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. Contract is expected to be completed April 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 47 firms solicited and 2 proposals received. Solicitation began October 1995 and negotiations were complete March 1996. The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity (F08650-96/C-0038).

Rockwell International Corporation, Anaheim, California, is being awarded a $9,000,000 cost plus fixed fee contract to provide for engineering services in support of the guidance and control systems on the Minuteman and Peacekeeper missiles. and software depot engineering, project engineering, and logistics, test, and troubleshooting support. The work will be performed at Rockwell International Corporation, Anaheim, California (60%) and Rockwell International Autonetics Electronic Systems division, Hill Air Force Base, Utah (36%). Contract is expected to be completed December 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There was one firm solicited and one proposal received. Solicitation began September 1995 and negotiations were complete March 1996. Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity (F42610-96/D-0013).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Maryland Clothing*, Baltimore, Maryland, is being awarded a $6,465,562 firm fixed price indefinite delivery contract for men's coats. Ninety six proposals were solicited and six were received. Work is expected to be completed by June 20, 1997. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is the contracting activity (SP0100-96-D-0328).

ARMY

Oshkosh Truck Corporation, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, is being awarded a $5,516,928 modification to a firm fixed price contract for 32 M985 Cargo trucks, of the M977 Series of Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Trucks (HEMTTs), for the country of Israel. Work will be performed in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and is expected to be completed by September 30, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on October 13, 1993. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Michigan (DAAE07-94-C-R086).

The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, Akron, Ohio, is being awarded $34,421,604 (delivery order amount) of a firm fixed price contract for 71,712 T-107 Track Shoe Assemblies, which support the M88 vehicle; 210,385 T-130 Track Shoe Assemblies, which support the M113 vehicle; and 103,133 T-157I Track Shoe Assemblies, which support the M2, M3, and MLRS vehicles. Work will be performed in St. Marys, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by September 30, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. SDS International, Incorporated*, Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded an increment (appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order) of a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract, with a $5,000,000 base year amount and a not-to-exceed cumulative total of $25,000,000 for technical support management and assistance services for the National Guard Bureau. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by September 30, 2001. There were 400 bids solicited on October 26, 1995, and four bids received. National Security Analysts, International*, Alexandria, Virginia, is being awarded an increment (appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order) of a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract, with a $5,000,000 base year amount and a not-to-exceed cumulative total of $25,000,000 for technical support management and assistance services for the National Guard Bureau. Soltek of San Diego, San Diego, California, is being awarded an increment (monies will be released to contractor as work is completed) as part of an $11,193,495 fixed price contract for the F-22 Adal Engineering & Development Complex, which includes: construction of/additions to Buildings 1855, 1859, 1874, 1874A, 1884, 1885, 3800, and 3810; document destruction of Building 1867; AGE Maintenance Building 1442; and installation of fiber optics cable. Work will be performed at Edwards Air Force Base**, California, and is expected to be completed by June 24, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 236 bids solicited on November 7, 1995, and six bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles, California (DACA09-96-C-0014).

Trataros Construction, Incorporated, Brooklyn, New York, is being awarded a $7,794,000 construction, fixed price contract to improve family housing Phase II & III, additions/renovations to General's Quarter dwelling units. The project is as follows: demolition/rehabilitation and expansion to 100 family housing units in Phase II, 80 housing units in Phase III and 4 single family general officer quarters. The work will include exterior building additions to expand living areas, re-roofing, residing, new doors and windows, patios, privacy fencing, storage sheds, carports, walkways, recreation/landscape development and utilities upgrade, as well as interior improvements of finishes, cabinetry, asbestos abatement, lead paint abatement, telephone and cable television outlets. Work will be performed at McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by January 31, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 59 bids solicited on August 9, 1995, and five bids were received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York, New York (DACA51-96-C-0007).

CIVIL WORKS - NON MILITARY

Paul Hubbs Construction Company, Rialto, California, is being awarded a $12,736,497 fixed price contract for excavating a river bed; providing rock slope protection; side drains; adjustment at five undercrossings; installing scour noses; access ramps, paving and related appurtenances (approximately 4 miles). Work will be performed at the lower Santa Ana River, between Imperial Highway and Glassell Street in Santa Ana**, California, and is expected to be completed by April 1, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the end of the current fiscal year. There were 60 bids solicited on December 21, 1995, and five bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles, California (DACW09-96-C-0012).

NAVY

BFGoodrich Aerospace, Engineered Polymer Products, Jacksonville, Florida, is being awarded a $7,753,242 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-94-C-6203 for seven AN/SQS-26/53 sonar dome rubber windows, seven shipping installation fixtures, and installation and technical services. Work will be performed in Jacksonville, Florida, and is expected to be completed by January 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

Asta Engineering, Incorporated, * Malvern, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a $10,697,503 indefinite quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for engineering and technical analysis and support services for Naval ship gas turbine, diesel, and power transmission systems and ancillary equipment. Work will be performed in Portland, Maine (3.5%), Bath, Maine (10.5%), Pascagoula, Mississippi (28.5%), Mayport, Florida (6.9%), Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (3.7%), San Diego, California (7.3%), Washington, D.C. (3.5%), and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (36.1%), and is expected to be completed by March 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was a Small Business Administration set aside contract and was not competitively procured. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N65540-96-D-0004).

Foster Wheeler Environmental Corporation, Lyndhurst, New Jersey, is being awarded a $6,716,575 modification to previously awarded contract N62472-94-D-0398 for remediation of Tank Farm #4 at the Naval Education and Training Center, Newport, Rhode Island. The work will include removing contents and cleaning eleven tanks, treating or disposing of the product, water and sludge fractions, and off-site disposal of any petroleum-impacted soil excavated. Work will be performed in Newport, Rhode Island, and is expected to be completed by January 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Northern Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Lester, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.

Foster Wheeler Environmental Corporation, Lyndhurst, New Jersey, is being awarded a $3,429,067 modification to previously awarded contract N62472-94-D-0398 to complete the McAllister Point Landfill Cap at the Naval Education and Training Center, Newport, Rhode Island.
