DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Petroleum Traders Corporation*, Fort Wayne, Indiana, is
being awarded a $33,179,597 fixed price with economic price
adjustment contract for reformulated mid-grade unleaded gasoline,
reformulated regular unleaded gasoline, low sulfur diesel fuel,
mid-grade unleaded gasoline, regular unleaded gasoline, high
sulfur diesel fuel No. 2 and burner oil No. 2. Three hundred
sixty seven proposals were solicited and sixty four were
received. Work will be performed in various locations throughout
the mid-Atlantic and is expected to be completed by August 30,
1999. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The
Defense Fuel Supply Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, is the
contracting activity (SP0600-96-D-4101).
Pepco Oil Company*, Virginia Beach, Virginia, is being
awarded a $5,622,033 fixed price with economic price adjustment
contract for reformulated mid-grade unleaded gasoline,
reformulated regular unleaded gasoline, low sulfur diesel fuel,
high sulfur diesel fuel No. 2 and burner oil No. 2. Three
hundred sixty seven proposals were solicited and sixty four were
received. Work will be performed in various locations throughout
the mid-Atlantic and is expected to be completed by August 30,
1999. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The

Fannon Petroleum Services, Inc., Alexandria, Virginia, is
being awarded a $13,485,695 fixed price with economic price
adjustment contract for low sulfur diesel fuel No. 2,
reformulated mid-grade unleaded gasoline, regular unleaded
gasoline, reformulated premium unleaded gasoline, burner oil No.
2 and high sulfur diesel fuel No. 2. Three hundred sixty seven
proposals were solicited and sixty four were received. Work will
be performed in various locations throughout the mid-Atlantic and
is expected to be completed by August 30, 1999. Funds will not
expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel Supply

Manefield Oil Company, Gainesville, Georgia, is being
awarded a $27,047,022 fixed price with economic price adjustment
contract for low sulfur diesel fuel No. 2, burner oil No. 2 and
high sulfur diesel fuel No. 2. Three hundred sixty seven
proposals were solicited and sixty four were received. Work will
be performed in various locations throughout the mid-Atlantic and
is expected to be completed by August 30, 1999. Funds will not
expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel Supply

ARMY
McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems, Mesa Arizona, is being
awarded a $45,460,357 modification to a firm fixed price contract
for procurement of 12 Apache Helicopters for the country of
Egypt. Work will be performed in Mesa, Arizona, and is expected
to be completed by August 30, 1997. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole
source contract solicited on May 1, 1995. The contracting
activity is the U.S. Army Aviation and Troop Command, St. Louis,
Missouri (DAAK01-92-C-A001).
AIR FORCE
Sverdrup Technology, Incorporated, Beavercreek, Ohio, is
being awarded a $7,371,981 cost plus fixed fee contract to
provide tools, evaluation and modeling of Automatic Target
Recognition systems. Contract is expected to be completed June
2003. Contract funds of $754,000 will expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. Thirty-two proposals were received.
Solicitation began February 1995; negotiations were complete June
1996. Wright Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio,
is the contracting activity (F33615-96/C-1810).
Optical Sciences Company, Anaheim, California, is being
awarded a $14,707,687 cost plus fixed fee contract to provide a
manpower support contract to provide analysis, development and
simulation as well as scientific evaluation and technical
assistance. Contract is expected to be completed June 2001.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. There were 35 sources solicited and two proposals
received. Solicitation was issued February 1996 and negotiations
were complete June 1996. Phillips Laboratory, Kirtland Air Force
Base, New Mexico, is the contracting activity (F29601-96/C-0130).
NAVY
Electric Boat Corporation, Groton, Connecticut, is being
awarded a $27,487,831 modification to previously awarded
contract N00024-95-C-2107 to exercise an option to
perform development and design studies related to SEAWOLF Nuclear
Attack Submarine Design and Engineering Program. Work will be
performed in Groton, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed
by December 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command,
Arlington, Virginia, is the
contracting activity.
Lockheed Martin, Government Electronic Systems, Moorestown,
New Jersey, is
being awarded a $131,167,125 fixed-price-incentive contract for
production and integration testing of two FY 96 AEGIS Weapon
Systems MK 7 MOD 11, and the associated engineering and logistics
support for DDG 83 and DDG 84. Work will be performed in
Moorestown,
New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by June 2002.
Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not
competitively procured. The Naval
Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting
