Fuji Photo Film, USA, Elmsford, New York, is being awarded a $6,895,000 indefinite quantity contract for photographic supply and equipment items. Bayer Corporation, Wilmington, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $106,000,000 indefinite quantity contract for photographic supply and equipment items. ARMY

Pyramid Services, Alamogordo, New Mexico, is being awarded an increment (appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order) of a $39,094,779 cost plus award fee contract for non-personal installation support services for a period of eight years, providing professional trades craftsmen for maintenance, repair, operations, minor construction and alteration of all real property to include family housing and equipment-in-place. Work will be performed at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground, Yuma, Arizona, and is expected to be completed by September 30, 2003. Contract is subject to availability of funds. There were 150 bids solicited on April 16, 1996, and nine bids were received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command, Yuma, Arizona (DAAD01-96-C-0019).

Metroplex Corporation*, Washington, D.C., is being awarded an increment (appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order) of an estimated $10,000,000 firm fixed price/requirements type contract (with four option years) for railroad rehabilitation. Effort will include but not be limited to removing and replacing track, turnouts, crossings, rail, relays, etc., to include any related accessories and associated work required. Work will be performed at Tooele Army Depot, Tooele, Utah, and is expected to be completed by August 20, 1997. There were 25 bids solicited on May 8, 1996, and four bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Industrial Operations Command, Tooele, Utah (DAAC89-96-D-0107).

NAVY

Dyntel Corporation, Fairfax, Virginia, is being awarded a $6,142,265 modification to previously awarded contract N00600-93-C-0294 for services in support of the operation of the Navy Military Personnel Records System. This contract contains options which, if exercised, will bring the cumulative value of the contract to $29,348,490. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by September 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 200 proposals solicited and five offers received. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Vitro Services Corporation, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, is being awarded a $5,847,552 firm-fixed-price contract for ammunition storage, handling and management services to be performed at the Naval Magazine Lualualei, Hawaii. This contract contains options which, if exercised, will bring the cumulative value of the contract to $28,739,688. Work will be performed in Lualualei, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by September 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 35 proposals solicited and three offers received. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (N00604- 96-C-0041).

Vector Data Systems of Alexandria, Virginia, is being awarded a $13,306,599 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery services contract for engineering and technical services in support of the Office of Secretary of Defense/Intelligence and Architecture Division. This contract contains options which, if exercised, will bring the cumulative value of the contract to $43,334,327. Work will be performed in Alexandria, Virginia (98%) and London, United

Kingdom (2%), and is expected to be completed by August 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Detachment Long Beach, California, is the contracting activity (N00244-96-D-0011).

General Electric Company, Aircraft Engines, Lynn, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $6,603,288 modification to previously awarded contract N00019- 95-C-0104 for 12 Model T700-GE-401 engines for U.S. Marine Corps AH-1W aircraft. Work will be performed in Lynn, Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by December 1997. Contract funds would not have expired at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Technetics, Incorporated, El Cajon, California, is being awarded a $5,074,012 face value increase to a firm fixed price contract to provide for 203 Upgraded Central Air Data Computers applicable to the F-16 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed March 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright- Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-96/C-0002).

PRC, Incorporated, McLean, Virginia, is being awarded a $5,759,598 fixed-price incentive contract to provide for FY 1997- 2001 operation, maintenance and logistic support of the Ground- Based Electro-Optical Deep Space Surveillance System (GEODSS). The work will be performed at GEODSS sites at Kihei Maui, Hawaii (31%), Socorro, New Mexico (28%), and various other locations. Contract is expected to be completed September 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 22 firms solicited and 1 proposal received. Solicitation began February 1996; negotiations were completed June 1996. The 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, is the contracting activity (F05604-96/C-9004).

United Technologies Corporation, West Palm Beach, Florida, is being awarded a $259,440,505 face value increase to a indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide for 56 install and three spare F-110-PW-229 engines applicable to the F-15 aircraft and the following components applicable thereto: 4 Fan Modules, 4 Gearbox Modules, 4 Core Modules, 4 Turbine Modules, and 1 Augmentor Module. The work will be performed at United Technologies, Incorporated, East Hartford, Connecticut. Contract is expected to be completed December 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This effort supports foreign military sales to Saudi Arabia.
