CONTRACTS

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Petro Star Valdez Refinery, Anchorage, Alaska, is being awarded a $6,322,193 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for diesel fuel No. 2, regular unleaded gasoline, aviation fuel JP8 and arctic diesel fuel. Forty four proposals were solicited and three were received. Work is expected to be completed by Aug. 31, 1998. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Fort Belvoir, Va., is the contracting activity (SP0600-97-D-1257).

AIR FORCE

United Technologies Corporation, West Palm Beach, Fla., is being awarded a $1,612,874,464 face value increase to a fixed price contract to provide for the multi-year acquisition of 320 F117-PW-100 engines for the C-17 aircraft. The work will be performed at Pratt & Whitney Manufacturing Operations, Middletown, Conn. Contract is expected to be completed April 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-94/C-2155, P00011).

NAVY

TRW Systems Integration Group, Fairfax, Va., is being awarded a $10,408,471 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-91-C-6456 for six months of additional services to include marine construction and combat systems engineering support and analysis, integrated logistics support management and analysis for Amphibious Warfare Program Office (PMS 377), and Amphibious Transport Dock Ship Program Office (PMS 317), tests, trials, evaluation, and delivery management support for PMS 317, financial analysis support for PMS 377 and PMS 317, fleet introduction support, and support of Foreign Military Sales requirements associated with PMS 317 and PMS 377. The level-of- effort limitation in this modification is 217,401 man-

hours. Work will be performed in Arlington, Va., and is expected to be completed by March 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.

United Defense Limited Partnership (UDLP) Armament Systems Division, Minneapolis, Minn., is being awarded a $8,792,338 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-95-C-5305 for fabrication, assembly, test and delivery of canisters for the MK-41 Vertical Launching System (VLS). Work will be performed in Aberdeen, S.D., and is expected to be completed by December 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.

CORRECTION

Contract N00019-97-C-0027 for Hughes Missile Systems Company, announced December 13, 1996, should have stated that the contract includes options, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of the contract to $421,704,038.

ARMY

Sysorex Information Systems Inc.*, Fairfax, Va., is being awarded $100,000 as part of a $237,500,000 firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for commercial off the shelf portable computers, office automation suites and other software, peripherals, and warranty services to support the Army's worldwide mission. This contract will provide a worldwide two year ordering source of supply for the Army and Department of Defense components (excluding Air Force and Navy), the Federal System Integration and Management (FEDSIM) Center, and other Federal agencies. Two levels of performance are provided; the standard system and the high performance system. Both systems can be ordered as an office system or as a configurable system. Work will be performed in Fairfax, Va., and is expected to be completed by December 16, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. RPF was made available on the CECOM Electronic Bulletin Board System on Aug. 9, 1996 and eight bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J. (DAAB07-97-D-V003).

General Dynamics Land Systems, Inc. Sterling Heights, Mich., is being awarded a $36,537,948 modification to a firm-fixed- price contract for 31 Abrams M1A1 Tank kits for the Egyptian Coproduction Program. Work will be performed in Lima, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by April 30, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on April 1, 1996. The contracting activity is the U. S. Army Tank-automotive & Armaments Command, Warren Mich. (DAAE07-95-C-0223).

Engineered Systems Co., Division of Datron, Inc., Aston, Pa., is being awarded a $5,166,179 delivery order of a firm-fixed price contract for 195 M1022A1 dolly sets. Work will be performed in Aston, Pa., and is expected to be completed by May 31, 1998. Of the total contract funds, $26,493 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were ten bids solicited on Dec. 19, 1992 and five bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Tank-automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Mich. (DAAE07-93-D-J001).
