CONTRACTS
DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Bindley Western Industries Inc., Indianapolis, Ind., is
being awarded a $16,350,193 firm fixed price requirements
contract for pharmaceuticals under the Prime Vendor
Pharmaceuticals program.
Forty eight proposals were solicited
and four were received.
Work will be performed in Shelby, N.C.,
and is expected to be completed by January 3, 1998.
Funds will
not expire at the end of the fiscal year.
The Defense Personnel
Support Center, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity
(SP0200-94-D-7004).
Sandler Foods, Virginia Beach, Va., is being awarded a
$55,000,000 firm fixed price indefinite quantity contract for
full line food distribution.
Twenty eight proposals were
solicited and seven were received. Work is expected to be
completed by January 2001.
Funds will not expire at the end of
the fiscal year.

R&R Groups Inc., Batavia, Ohio, is being awarded a
$15,000,000 firm fixed price indefinite quantity contract for
full line food distribution.

Work will be performed in
Norfolk, Va.; Federalsburg, Md.; Rocky Mount, N.C,; Savage, Md.;
and Richmond, Va., and is expected to be completed January 2001.
Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year.

AIR FORCE
Lockheed Aeronautical Systems Company, Marietta, Ga., is
being awarded a $7,000,000 face value increase to a time and
materials contract to provide for CY 1997 Engineering Services to
support Heavy Logistics System 410A (C-5A/B aircraft and support
equipment).
Contract is expected to be completed December 1997.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year.
San Antonio Air Logistics Center, Kelly AFB, Texas, is the
contracting activity (F41608-94/D-0280, P00004).
U.S. Aeromotive, Incorporated, Dayton, Ohio, is being
awarded a $6,939,442 firm fixed price contract to provide for 300
Enhanced Centerline Stores Loaders applicable to the
F-16 aircraft.
Contract is expected to be completed March 1999.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year.
There was one firm solicited and one proposal received.
Negotiations were complete July 1996.
Aeronautical Systems
Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity
