AIR FORCE

 

Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Georgia, has been awarded a $662,032,335 modification (P00350) to FA8625-11-C-6597 for the purchase of two MC-130J, two HC-130J, three KC-130J, one C-130J, two U.S. Coast Guard HC-130J production aircraft, and 20 quick engine change assemblies under the basic contract. Work will be performed in Marietta, Georgia, with an expected completion date of Jan. 31, 2018. Fiscal 2013 Air Force and Navy; fiscal 2013 and 2014 U.S. Coast Guard procurement funds; and foreign military sales (India, Saudi Arabia, and Norway) funds in the amount of $401,279,159 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

 

SupplyCore, Inc. Rockford, Illinois, has been awarded an estimated $110,571,788 foreign military sales contract for F-15 Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) transportation support services. Services include comprehensive fleet management of various special purpose vehicles and trailers to support base stand-ups and continued F-15 RSAF operations. Work will be performed at the contractor's facility and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with an expected completion date of Dec. 30, 2015. This contract is 100 percent foreign military sales. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition, and seven offers were received. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity (FA8505-15-D-0001).

 

Tinker Support Services JV, Anchorage, Alaska, has been awarded a $49,999,999 (P00077) to indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract FA8101-08-D-0006 for base civil engineer services. Work will be performed at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and other off-base locations supported by Tinker Air Force Base, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 31, 2016. This was a competitive acquisition, and six offers were received. Funds will be obligated on individual task orders. The Air Force Sustainment Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity.

 

Dayton Power and Light Company, Dayton, Ohio, has been awarded a $27,331,546 firm-fixed-price contract for base-wide electricity service. Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2015. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Operational Contracting Branch, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8601-15-C-0019).

 

Exelis, Inc., Colorado Springs, Colorado has been awarded a $20,916,026 modification (P00544) to F19628-02-C-0010 for the System Engineering and Sustainment Integrator (SENSOR) Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS)/PAVE Phased Array Warning System (PAWS) system sustainment. The contract modification is for product line management, system engineering, system repairs (including emergency site visits for immediate repairs); acquisition, repair and qualification of spare parts; preventative maintenance inspections; radome maintenance; supply management; plans, roadmaps and sustainability assessments; project management reviews; vendor maintenance agreements and software licenses; logistic support review brochures; and other studies and analysis. Work will be performed at Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2015. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $20,916,026 are being obligated at time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, is the contracting activity.

 

InDyne, Inc., Reston, Virginia, has been awarded a $16,753,743 modification (P00540) to contract F04684-03-C-0050 to provide operations and maintenance support services, training, command, control, communications, information and computer systems services, testing, modification and installation of communications, electronic and security systems at launch facilities, launch control centers and test facilities for the 30th Space Wing. Work will be performed at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, with an estimated completion date of March 31, 2015. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $5,553,553 are being obligated at award. Air Force Space Command, 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, is the contracting activity.

 

The Boeing Company, El Segundo, California, has been awarded a $10,631,524 fixed-price-incentive contract to provide the services required to support operations, maintain and sustain all on-orbit Wideband Global SATCOM satellites to ensure continued WGS satellite operations and logistics sustainment support. Work will be performed at Schriever Air Force Base, Colorado; El Segundo, California; and Colorado Springs, Colorado, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2015. This award is a result of a sole-source acquisition in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $772,000 are being obligated at time of award. The Space and Missile Systems Center, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, is the contracting activity.

 

Kilgore Flares Company, LLC, Toone, Tennessee, has been awarded a $6,971,844 firm-fixed-price contract for MJU 53/B countermeasure flares. Work will be performed in Tennessee, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 17, 2016. This award is a result of a competitive acquisition, and two offers were received. This action is 1.4 percent foreign military sales for Canada. Fiscal 2014 procurement funds in the amount of $6,874,044 and foreign military sales funds in the amount of $97,800 are being obligated at award. The Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity (FA8213-15-C-0007).

 

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

 

Lockheed Martin Corporation - Space Systems Company, Sunnyvale, California, has been awarded a $91,057,794 modification (74) to previously awarded contract HQ0147-12-G-9000 0001 for United Arab Emirates (UAE) Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) to acquire continental United States and outside continental United States support for services and equipment, to ensure execution of foreign military sales case AE-B-UAF to field the THAAD Weapon System. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $440,770,752 from $349,712,958. Work will be performed at Las Cruces, New Mexico; Huntsville, Alabama; Sunnyvale, California; and United Arab Emirates, with an expected completion date of Oct. 31, 2019. Fiscal 2015 UAE foreign military sales case funds in the amount of $91,057,794 will be used to fund this effort. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama is the contracting activity.

 

ARMY

 

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded a $78,180,515 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for a service life extension program (SLEP) for the Army tactical missile system (ATACMS). The SLEP will be a modification work order that will leverage currently available, service life-expired ATACMS Block I missiles into policy compliant area attack munitions. Work will be performed in Grand Prairie, Texas, and Camden, Arkansas, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 29, 2018. Bids were solicited via the Internet, with one received. Fiscal 2015 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $32,000,000 are being obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command Redstone Arsenal (Missile), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-15-C-0038).

 

DynCorp International, LLC, McLean, Virginia, was awarded a $52,145,079 firm-fixed-price contract to advise, train, and mentor the Afghanistan Ministry of Interior (MoI/Afghanistan National Police). This contract is for a nine-month base period with two three-month option periods. Work will be performed in Afghanistan, with an estimated completion date of March 31, 2016. One bid was solicited with one received. Fiscal 2015 other procurement funds in the amount of $26,072,540 are being obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois, is the contracting activity (W560MY-15-C-0006).

 

DynCorp International, LLC, McLean, Virginia, was awarded a $48,643,725 firm-fixed-price contract to advise, train, and mentor the Afghanistan Ministry of Defense (MoD/Afghanistan National Army). This contract is for a nine-month base period with two three-month option periods. Work will be performed in Afghanistan, with an estimated completion date of March 31, 2016. One bid was solicited with one received. Fiscal 2015 other procurement funds in the amount of $24,321,862 are being obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, Illinois, is the contracting activity (W560MY-15-C-0005).

 

General Electric Co., Cincinnati, Ohio, was awarded a $42,179,208 modification (0013) to firm-fixed-price contract W58RGZ-12-D-0015 to support the Corpus Christi Army Depot with technical, engineering, and logistical supplies and services in support of the maintenance and overhaul of the T700 engine series. Fiscal 2015 other procurement funds in the amount of $42,179,208 were obligated at the time of the award. Estimated completion date is Dec. 31, 2015. Work will be performed in Corpus Christi, Texas. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal (Aviation), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

 

Alcan Builders, Inc., Fairbanks, Alaska, was awarded a $12,374,710 firm-fixed-price contract, with options, to construct a battalion headquarters with classrooms at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 5, 2016. Bids were solicited via the Internet, with three received. Fiscal 2014 and 2015 military construction funds in the amount of $12,374,710 are being obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District, Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska, is the contracting activity (W911KB-15-C-0001).

 

U.S. TRANSPORTATION COMMAND

 

Two airlines have been awarded contract modifications for rotary wing aircraft, personnel, equipment, tools, material, maintenance and supervision necessary to perform passenger and cargo air transportation service. The first airline, Columbia Helicopters, Inc. Aurora, Oregon, was awarded a $20,069,056 modification (0002-29) to previously awarded contract HTC711-11-D-R021. The second, AAR Airlift Group, Inc., Palm Bay, Florida, was awarded a $20,394,144 modification (0001-39) to previously awarded contract HTC711-10-D-R026. Work will be performed in Afghanistan, with an expected completion date of April 30, 2015. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $20,069,056 and $20,394,144, respectively, are being obligated at time of award. The U. S.
