AIR FORCE
 

United Launch Services LLC, Littleton, Colorado has been awarded a $382,926,946 firm-fixed-price modification (P00061) to FA8811-13-C-0003 to order Launch Vehicle Production Services (LVPS) under the requirements contract terms of the basic contract. This modification executes a requirement for fiscal 2015 LVPS in support of the launch vehicle configuration of one Air Force Delta IV (5,4), one Navy Atlas V 551, and one National Reconnaissance Office Atlas V 401. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $4,077,326,882. This modification adds three pre-priced contract line items for the aforementioned configurations and does not constitute a change in specifications or an exercised option. All remaining Phase I fiscal 2015 LVPS orders not included in this modification will be ordered under separate modification to the contract as funding becomes available. The locations of performance are Centennial, Colorado, Decatur, Alabama, Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida. The work is expected to be completed no later than Aug. 28 2017, 30 days following the final day of the launch period for the Navy Atlas V 551 configuration. Launch Systems Directorate, Space and Missiles Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California, is the contracting activity.
 

Gulfstream Aerospace Corp., Savannah, Georgia, has been awarded a maximum $106,644,608 modification (P00005) to exercise an option on previously awarded contract FA8106-13-D-0002. The contractor will provide logistics support services for the C-20 and C-37 fleet for Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines and Coast Guard. Work will be performed at Savannah, Georgia; Naval Air Station Sigonella, Italy; Ramstein Air Base, Germany; Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland; Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii; Marine Corps Base, Hawaii; MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, and Reagan National Airport, Virginia, and is expected to be complete by Jan. 31, 2016. Fiscal 2015 operation and maintenance (Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corp and Coast Guard) funds in the amount of $46,003,864 are being obligated via task orders at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity (FA8106-13-D-0002).
 

Honeywell International Inc., Phoenix, Arizona, has been awarded a $75,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract for Versatile Affordable Advanced Turbine Engines (VAATE) III & Beyond. The VAATE Program is a multiple government agency and industry joint effort to develop revolutionary and innovative technologies by the 2017 timeframe that will permit an order of magnitude increase in turbo-propulsion affordability over the year 2000 state-of-the-art technology. This effort focuses on Phase III of the VAATE program with future efforts for beyond Phase III. Work will be performed at Phoenix, Arizona, and is expected to be complete by Jan. 23, 2023. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition with 34 offers received. Fiscal year 2014 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $150,000 are being obligated at the time of award for task order 0001. Air Force Research Laboratories Wright Research Site Aerospace Systems Contracting Branch for Turbine Engines, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8650-15-D-2504).
 

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., has been awarded a $9,500,000 fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract for F-16 aircrew training to Iraq Air Force personnel. Work will be performed at Tucson, Arizona, and is expected to be complete by Jan. 27, 2017. This award is the result of a country directed sole-source acquisition. This contract is 100 percent foreign military sales. The 338th Specialized Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA3002-15-D-0002).
 

NAVY
 

Rolls-Royce Corp., Indianapolis, Indiana, is being awarded an $87,712,436 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-12-C-0007) to exercise an option for the procurement of 38 AE1107C engines in support of the MV-22 aircraft for the United States Marine Corps. Work will be performed in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is expected to be completed in December 2016. Fiscal 2015 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $87,712,436 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
 

ARMY
 

Airbus Defense and Space Inc., Herndon, Virginia, was awarded a $24,989,250 modification (P00876) to contract W58RGZ-06-C-0194 to procure program year 10 contractor logistic support for the UH-72A Lakota Helicopters. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $24,989,250 were obligated at the time of the award. The estimated completion date is Sept. 30, 2015. The work will be performed in Columbus, Mississippi. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
 

Northrop Grumman, Huntsville, Alabama, was awarded an $11,645,000 modification (P00115) to contract W31P4Q-08-C-0418 for continuing service and support under the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System. Fiscal 2014 and 2015 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $11,645,000 were obligated at the time of the award. The estimated completion date is Sept. 30, 2016. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
 

URS Group Inc., Denver, Colorado, was awarded a $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery contract with options for dam safety design and analysis, flood damage reduction engineering, navigation and waterway engineering, civil engineering and other engineering and planning services. The funding and work location will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 25, 2020. Bids were solicited via the Internet, with ten received. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington, West Virginia, is the contracting activity (W91237-15-D-0002).

Nexeo Solutions LLC, Dublin, Ohio, has been awarded a maximum $19,755,847 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for fuel system icing inhibitor. This contract was a competitive acquisition, and three offers were received. This contract has a one-year base with no option periods. The locations of performance are Ohio, New Jersey, Illinois, California, and Louisiana with a Dec. 31, 2016 performance completion date. The using service is Defense Logistics Agency Energy.
