Cavalier/Bulldog Football Bowl Tickets Offered to Air Force Members

WASHINGTON, Dec. 9, 2004 People who can't attend the MPC Computers Bowl college football game pitting the University of Virginia's Cavaliers against Fresno State's Bulldogs Dec. 27 in Boise, Idaho, can opt to donate their tickets to Air Force members and their families.
Tickets purchased will be donated and distributed to Air Force personnel and their families at Mountain Home Air Force Base in Mountain Home, Idaho, as well as servicemembers stationed at the Idaho Air Guard and Idaho National Guard bases in Boise, according to a University of Virginia athletics department news release. The university's Web site also noted that a number of personnel from the Idaho Guard bases had deployed to Iraq.
The game starts at noon at Bronco Stadium.
