Last Victims in Afghan Crash Identified

WASHINGTON, April 13, 2005 The Department of Defense has announced the name of a Marine who died in the crash of a coalition helicopter April 6.
Sgt. James S. Lee, 26, of Mt. Vernon, Ind., was assigned to Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 142, Marine Aircraft Group 42, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, Marietta, Ga.
A spokesperson for Halliburton announced the names of three employees of Halliburton subsidiary KBR who also died in the crash. The employees supported coalition forces in Afghanistan. Their names are Ronald "Ronn" Wade, 46, of Emory, Texas; Lance Bret Taylor, 56, of Spring Valley, Calif.; and Sy Jason Lucio, 28, of Clyde, Ohio.
The names of 15 other victims in the crash were released on April 11.
The CH-47 Chinook helicopter had flown out of Bagram on a supply and transport mission to southern Afghanistan. It was returning to Bagram when it crashed in severe weather near Ghazni.
