WASHINGTON, June 9, 1997 – Employer problems? The National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve has a network of more than 4,300 volunteer ombudsmen. They're trained to act as mediators between reservists and their civilian bosses, and to provide information about civilian job rights.
