Bosnian War Criminal Captured

SARAJEVO, Bosnia, Sept. 30, 1998 NATO-led stabilization forces captured another indicted war criminal here Sept. 27.
Stevan Todorovic was indicted for crimes committed while serving as chief of police for Bosanski Samac in 1992. He is accused of murder, willfully causing great suffering, cruel treatment, inhumane acts and treatment, rape and torture, violations of the laws or customs of war and crimes against humanity.
Todorovic was detained in the Multinational Division North sector, controlled by U.S. forces, and removed to The Hague, Netherlands. Stabilization force officials released no further details of the arrest.
