CONTRACTS

 

ARMY

 

HDR Engineering Inc., Colorado Springs, Colorado (W912DY-18-D-0003); HB&A Onyx Small Business JV,* Colorado Springs, Colorado (W912DY-18-D-0005); Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., Dallas, Texas (W912DY-18-D-0006); Parsons Government Services Inc., Pasadena, California (W912DY-18-D-0007); Pond-Woolpert LLC, Dayton, Ohio (W912DY-18-D-0008); and The Urban Collaborative LLC,* Eugene, Oregon (W912DY-18-D-0009) will share in a $36,365,228 firm-fixed-price contract to provide technical support for the planning, programming and installation and facility management of real property in support of Department of Defense and other government agencies and activities. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 17 received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 5, 2022. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

 

Booz Allen Hamilton, McLean, Virginia, has been awarded a $28,035,789 modification (P00009) to foreign military sales (Saudi Arabia) contract W91CRB-14-C-0048 to support the Royal Saudi Land Forces Armor Corps in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Work will be performed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2019. Fiscal 2018 military construction funds in the amount of $14,017,894 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

 

NAVY

 

DRS Advanced ISR LLC, Beavercreek, Ohio, is being awarded a $13,241,181 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price, commercial contract (N65236-18-D-1001) for tactical data link products and ancillary equipment for the fleet readiness directorate and PMW-150 Tactical Data Link program.  In addition, this contract action will provide support services include engineering and technical assistance, information assurance support, software trouble reports, solutions for equipment failures and mitigation plans for end of life issues.  This contract contains options, which if exercised, would bring the contract cumulative value to an estimated $25,002,382.  Work will be performed in Beavercreek, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by December 2022.  If all options are exercised, work would continue until December 2026.  Fiscal 2018 Navy working capital funds in the amount of $25,000 will be obligated at the time of award.  Contract funds in the amount of $25,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was procured on a sole-source basis under 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1) - only one responsible source (Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 6.302-1).  Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, Charleston, South Carolina, is the contracting activity.

 

AIR FORCE

 

L-3 Communications Vertex Aerospace LLC, Madison, Mississippi, has been awarded a $10,253,906 firm-fixed-price modification (P00168) to a previously awarded contract (FA8106-09-C-0001) for logistics support of the T-1A aircraft.  Services include contractor-operated maintained supply, over and above, on-equipment maintenance, data and field service representatives.  Work will be performed at Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma; Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi; Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas; Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas; and Pensacola Naval Air Station, Florida; with an expected completion date of March 31, 2018.  Fiscal 2018 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $10,253,906 are being obligated at time of award.  Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity.

 

Raytheon Missile Co., Tucson, Arizona, has been awarded an $8,526,153 fixed-price-incentive-firm target and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00069) to a previously awarded contract (FA8675-15-C-0022) to provide form-fit-function replace hardware assets to include guidance sections and integrated test vehicles under the advanced medium-range air-to-air missile lots 28-30 production.  Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona, with an expected completion date of Dec. 31, 2019.  This contract involves foreign military sales to Japan, Norway, Romania, Turkey and Australia.  Fiscal 2017 production funds in the amount of $2,888,509; and fiscal 2017 research and development funds in the amount of $3,813,044 are being obligated at time of award, all remaining funding is from foreign military sales.  Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity.

 

DEFENSE HUMAN RESOURCES ACTIVITY

 

Fors Marsh Group LLC., Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded an estimated $9,815,519 firm-fixed-price modification (P00006) to H98210-15-D-0001 to exercise option period three for market research and survey services. This contract provides for survey services, as well as market research and analysis, in support of the Joint Advertising and Market Research military recruiting research efforts.  The period of performance for option period three is from Dec. 15, 2017, through Dec. 14, 2018.  Work will be performed in Alexandria, Virginia.  No funds will be obligated at the time of award, funds will be released as individual task orders are issued.  The Defense Human Resources Activity - Contracting Directorate, Alexandria, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
