CONTRACTS
 

ARMY
 

Environmental Rail Solutions, Inc.,* Shrewsbury, New Jersey (W912-DR-15-D-0008); Aleut World Solutions, LLC,* Anchorage, Alaska (W912-DR-15-D-0007); Penguin Logistics LLC,* d/b/a MHF Services, Wexford, Pennsylvania (W912-DR-15-D-0005); Pika International, Inc.,* Stafford, Texas (W912-DR-15-D-0006) were awarded a $225,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award task order contract with options to transport and dispose of varying types of radiological waste. Funding and work location will be determined with each order with an estimated completion date of March 30, 2025. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore, Maryland
is the contracting activity.
 

McCann World Group Inc., New York, N.Y. was awarded a $200,803,134 modification (P00015) to contract W9124D-11-D-0036 to provide the Army with a full range of professional marketing and advertising services for a nationwide advertising campaign for recruitment and retention programs. Funding and work location will be determined with each order. Estimated completion date is April 6, 2016. Army Contracting Command, Ft. Knox, Kentucky is the contracting activity.
 

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Herndon, Virginia was awarded a $38,712,496 cost-plus-incentive-fee, sole-source contract with options for continued software development, maintenance, and training on the Counter-Rocket Artillery Mortar Command and Control System. Work will be performed in Carson, California with an estimated completion date of March 31, 2020. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Army) and research, development, testing, and evaluation funds are being obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-15-C-0065).
 

NAVY
 

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Melbourne, Florida, is being awarded a $146,690,370 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for the design, development, fabrication, assembly, integration, furnishing, test and evaluation support, and documentation for the following systems in support of the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye aircraft: Accelerated Mid-Term Interoperability Improvement Program; Secure Internet Protocol Router Chat; Multifunctional Information Distribution System Joint Tactical Radio System; and Cooperative Engagement Capability. Work will be performed in Melbourne, Florida (84.58 percent); Ronkonkoma, New York (4.8 percent); Bethpage, New York (2.5 percent); St. Augustine, Florida (1.85 percent); Boulder, Colorado (1.79 percent); Norfolk, Virginia (0.96 percent); Fort Wayne, Indiana (0.69 percent); Woodland Hills, California (0.64 percent); Owego, New York (0.4 percent); Torrance, California (0.19 percent); Carlsbad, California (0.1 percent); and various other locations within the United States (1.5 percent). Work is expected to be completed in June 2019. Fiscal 2015 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $27,700,000 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to FAR.6.302-1. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N00019-15-C-0091).
 

Detyens Shipyards, Inc., North Charleston, South Carolina, is being awarded a $15,812,647 firm-fixed-price contract for a 75-calendar day shipyard availability for the regular overhaul and dry docking of USNS Lewis and Clark (T-AKE 1). Work will include bridge equipment annual service, main diesel generator overhaul, life raft annual certification, drydocking, propeller shaft inspection, underwater hull cleaning and painting, freeboard cleaning and painting, overhaul sea valves, blast and coat tanks, and renew flight deck non-skid. The contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the total contract value to $16,157,314. Work will be performed in North Charleston, South Carolina, and is expected to be completed by July 3, 2015. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $15,812,647 are being obligated at the time of award. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured, with proposals solicited via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with two offers received. The U. S. Navy’s Military Sealift Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity (N32205-15-C-3012).
 

Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Connecticut, is being awarded a $7,038,334 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to the previously awarded contract (N00024-03-C-2101) for the already accomplished procurement and manufacturing of onboard repair parts. This contract is for the definitization of a previously authorized unpriced task order. The work was performed in Newport News, Virginia (75 percent), Groton, Connecticut (22 percent), and Quonset Point, Rhode Island (3 percent), and was completed in June 2013. Fiscal 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2014 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $7,038,334 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Supervisor of Shipbuilding Conversion and Repair, Groton, Connecticut, is the contracting activity.
 

AIR FORCE
 

Data Path Inc., Duluth, Georgia, has been awarded a $6,791,930 firm-fixed-price contract. The contractor will provide five Wideband Global Satellite (WGS) Satellite Communications (SATCOM) terminals with related equipment and training for the Danish Air Force and 29 WGS SATCOM terminals with related equipment and training for the Danish Army. Work will be performed in Duluth, Georgia, and is expected to be complete by June 30, 2016. This contract is 100-percent foreign military sales. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (FA8730-15-C-0024).
