AIR FORCE
 

BCF Solutions Inc., Chantilly, Virginia, has been awarded a $486,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for force protection site security systems. Contractor will provide for worldwide acquisition, upgrade and sustainment of a family of integrated base defense security systems including: fixed-site intrusion detection systems, tactical automated security systems, and delay/denial systems. Work performance location will be determined for each delivery order, and is expected to be complete by April 12, 2023. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition via the Federal Business Opportunities website with 12 offers received. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $5,000 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (FA8730-15-D-0004).
 

ARMY
 

Mortenson Gurnley JV, Minneapolis, Minnesota, was awarded a $91,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to construct a multistory office building on Ft. Meade, Maryland, with an estimated completion date of April 19, 2017. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 12 received. Fiscal 2011 and 2014 military construction funds in the amount of $91,000,000 are being obligated at the time of the award. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore, Maryland, is the contracting activity (W912DR-15-C-0004).
 

Navistar Defense, Lisle, Illinois, was awarded a $17,522,057 firm-fixed-price contract with options to procure seven Mine Resistant Ambush Protection MaxxPro Dash hardware kits for MaxxPro vehicle standardization and reset. Work will be performed in Lisle, Illinois, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2015. One bid was solicited with one received. Fiscal 2014 and 2015 other funds in the amount of $17,522,057 are being obligated at the time of the award. Gleason Research Assoc. Inc.,* Columbia, Maryland, was awarded a $10,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for modeling and simulation of vehicle protection systems. Funding and work location will be determined with each order with an estimated completion date of April 12, 2020. Bids were solicited via the Internet with one received. Army Contracting Command, Adelphi, Maryland, is the contracting activity (W911QX-15-D-0012).
 

NAVY
 

Parker Hannifin Customer Support Military Division, Irvine, California, is being awarded a $39,111,301 five-year, firm-fixed-price contract for the repair of various parts in support of F/A-18 and P-3 aircraft. Work will be performed in Irvine, California, and work is expected to be completed by December 2020. Fiscal 2015 Navy working capital funds in the $4,327,626 will be obligated on the first delivery orders running concurrently with the contract award, and will not expire by the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. This sole source contract is in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N00383-15-D-008H).
 

BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc., Greenlawn, New York, is being awarded a $26,073,900 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00019-14-D-0025) to exercise an option for the procurement of up to 250 Mode 5 combined interrogator transponder kits for the Navy and the governments of Finland and Switzerland under the Foreign Military Sales program. This option provides for the procurement of up to 90 APX-111 Identification Friend or Foe, 50 each processors, interrogators, transponders, main chassis, power supplies, and receiver transmitters. In addition, this option provides for the procurement of up to 10 APX-111 repairs and 35 kit installations. Work will be performed in Greenlawn, New York, and is expected to be completed in July 2017. No funds are being obligated at time of award. Funds will be obligated on individual delivery orders as they are issued. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.


Advanced Acoustic Concepts LLC,* Hauppauge, New York, is being awarded a $7,384,229 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-12-C-6311 for Mission Package Computing Environment (MPCE) hardware and technical refresh, Common Mission Package Trainer (CMPT) hardware and technical refresh, and engineering services in support of Program Executive Office Littoral Combat Ships. The contract provides for development of Mission Package services, maturation of the Mission Package Portable Control Station, Mission Package training capabilities, hardware procurement of ship sets of MPCE and CMPT and engineering services critical to the Mission Package integration, test and future technology insertions. The Navy will field software updates twice a year to address information assurance, technology refreshment and software development for mission modules to enhance and sustain warfighting capabilities. Work will be performed in Lamont Furnace, Pennsylvania (55 percent); Hauppauge, New York (25 percent); Columbia, Maryland (15 percent); and San Diego, California (5 percent), and is expected to be completed by September 2016. Fiscal 2015 research and development; fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Navy), and fiscal 2015 other procurement (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $7,319,362 will be obligated at time of award. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.


DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
 

Labatt Food Service, San Antonio, Texas, has been awarded a maximum $10,257,034 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-quantity contract for full line food distribution for the Texas and New Mexico area. This contract was a sole-source acquisition. This is a one hundred and eight-eight day bridge contract. Locations of performance Texas and New Mexico with an Oct. 18, 2015 performance completion date. Using military services are Army and Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal year 2015 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE300-15-D-3148). Signature Flight Support Corporation-KHSV, Huntsville, Alabama (SP0600-15-D-0061), $9,631,560; Signature Flight Support Corporation-KAUS, Austin, Texas (SP0600-15-D-0065), $6,877,758; and Signature Flight Support Corporation-KBNA, Nashville, Tennessee (SP0600-15-D-0057), $6,681,488, have each been awarded a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract under solicitation SP0600-14-R-0221 for jet fuel. These contracts were sole-source acquisitions. They are four-year contracts. Locations of performance are Alabama, Texas, and Tennessee, with a March 31, 2019, performance completion date. Using military services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and federal civilian agencies. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2015 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
