DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

 

Labatt Food Service, San Antonio, Texas, has been awarded a maximum $18,000,000 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-quantity bridge contract for a full line of food distribution. This was a sole-source acquisition in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1). This is a 362-day bridge contract. Locations of performance are Texas and New Mexico, with an Oct. 15, 2016, performance completion date. Using military services are Army and Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2016 through fiscal 2017 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE300-16-D-3160).
