AIR FORCE
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Marietta, Georgia, has been awarded a $968,745,411 undefinitized contract action modification (P00005) to previously awarded contract FA8625-14-C-6450 for C-130J multi-year production aircraft. Contractor will provide 17 C-130J aircraft in the following configurations: six C-130J-30, one HC-130J, nine MC-130J, and one KC-130J aircraft. Work will be performed at Marietta, Georgia, and is expected to be complete by April 30, 2020. Fiscal 2014 Air Force and Navy aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $686,919,900 are being obligated at the time of award. The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, has been awarded a $130,125,899 modification (P00006) to previously awarded contract FA8681-10-D-0071 increase the contract ceiling for foreign military sales Small Diameter Bomb I (SDB I) production. This modification increases the contract's ceiling from $98,000,000 to $228,125,899 to meet current and future foreign military sales procurements under this contract. Work will be performed at St. Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be complete by April 15, 2019. This contract is 95 percent foreign military sales. Greenland Contractors I/S, Copenhagen, Denmark, has been awarded a not-to-exceed $70,173,182 undefinitized contract action for Thule Air Base maintenance. Contractor will operate and maintain Thule Air Base to include civil engineering, airfield and water port operations, fuels management, transportation, non-secure communications, environmental management, food services, medical and public health, supply, recreation and community services. Work will be performed at Thule Air Base, Greenland, and is expected to be complete by Sept. 30, 2016. No funds are being obligated at the time of award. DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY
HP Enterprise Services LLC, Herndon, Virginia, was awarded a firm-fixed-price task order under contract number HHSN3162000026W, task order number HT0015-16-F-0002. The face value of this action is $19,149,016. The total cumulative value of the contract, to include all options, is $91,499,104. This task order is for the operation and maintenance of the government-owned, contractor-operated Global Service Center for the Defense Health Agency (DHAGSC), Health Information Technology Directorate. The DHAGSC serves as the entry point into the Military Health System (MHS) information technology customer support structure. It provides toll-free, worldwide access to identify, log, assess, analyze, escalate, track, report, and resolve incidents for centrally-managed MHS applications and systems. This is a one-year base task order with five 12-month option periods. This order includes the extension of services clause 52.217-8, and includes a six-month extension if needed. The places of performance will be Falls Church, Virginia; and San Antonio, Texas, with a Nov. 14, 2020, performance completion date. The solicitation was open and competitive with five offers received. The requirement is funded with fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $19,149,016. Veteran Information Technologies, LLC, Colorado Springs, Colorado was awarded a $10,641,143 firm-fixed-price task order (HT0015-16-F-0005) under contract number NNG15SD41B for End User Devices, laptops/computer hardware for the Defense Health Agency and various Army, Navy, Air Force sites. Special requirements include: Support Protected Health Information- Information assurance/physical security/Automated Data Processing- Reporting and Performance metrics. An integral part of the mission is the periodic refresh of EUDs. The delivery location will Tobyhanna Army Depot, Pennsylvania, with delivery starting within 30 days of award through June 302015. The solicitation was set aside for small businesses with 8 offers received. Fiscal 2016 procurement funds in the amount of $10,641,143 are being obligated at award. NAVY
Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. - Marine Systems (NGSC-MS), Sunnyvale, California, is being awarded a $15,578,327 cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide support for technical engineering services, design and development engineering, component and full scale test and evaluation engineering, and tactical underwater launcher hardware production to support the development and production of the Common Missile Compartment. NGSC-MS will be required to assess and analyze technologies and concepts to support the selection of a preferred system design. The result of the effort will support developing and procuring a cost effective launcher subsystem for the future Sea Based Strategic Deterrent submarine. The effort requires risk reduction and design and development engineering for integrating the D5 missile life extension into a missile tube for the Ohio replacement platform by conducting system evaluation and qualification testing and related analyses. This testing and analyses will support verification and validation of the technical solution to provide the needed capabilities and characteristics of future launcher subsystems. Launcher development efforts include design and development of an evaluation and qualification launch tube and the conduct of full-scale surface test launches of a D5 test vehicle. The effort will culminate with a fully qualified launcher subsystem design. The maximum dollar value, including the base period and option years, is $198,048,723. Work will be performed in Sunnyvale, California (55 percent); Ridgecrest, California (20 percent); Cape Canaveral, Florida (10 percent); Bangor, Washington (5 percent); Kings Bay, Georgia (5 percent); Barrow-In-Furness, England (2 percent); New London, Connecticut (1 percent); Quonset Point, Rhode Island (1 percent); and Arlington, Virginia (1 percent), with an expected completion date of Sept. 30, 2016. If all options are exercised, work will continue through Sept. 30, 2020. Fiscal 2016 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $15,000,085; and United Kingdom funds in the amount of $578,242, are being obligated on this award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was a sole-source acquisition in accordance with 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) and (4). ARMY
Aberdeen, Maryland, was awarded a $7,356, 821 modification (P00074) to contract DAAD05-99-C-0008 for service and capital improvements to water and wastewater services for Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, with the city of Aberdeen, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2016.
