DEFENSE INTELLIGENCE AGENCY

 

Booz Allen Hamilton, McLean, Virginia, was awarded a five-year time and materials Enterprise Platform Services task order (HHM402-15-D-0014/0003) with a maximum ceiling value of $143,931,988. The task order will support Directorate for Information Management, and Chief Information Officer Operations and Management functions. This action was solicited via the previously awarded (July 2015) Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract vehicle. Three proposals were received. Work will be performed primarily in the National Capital Region. The potential task order end date is Sept. 28, 2021, if all options are exercised. The Virginia Contracting Activity, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.

 

Cyberspace Solutions LLC, Reston, Virginia, was awarded a five-year time and materials task order (HHM402-15-D-0042/0002) with a maximum ceiling value of $51,537,221. The task order will support the Intelligence Community Security Coordination Center (ICSCC) in the Division of Cyber and Enterprise Operations. This action was solicited via the previously awarded (July 2015) Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract vehicle. Ten proposals were received. Work will be performed in the National Capital Region. The potential task order end date is May 31, 2021, if all options are exercised. The Virginia Contracting Activity, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.

 

Intrepid Solutions and Services Inc., Sterling, Virginia, was awarded a five-year time and materials Information Technology Management Services task order (HHM402-15-D-0047/0003) with a maximum ceiling value of $35,106,772. The task order will support the Division for Facilities Services, the Office of Corporate Communications, and the Directorate of Intelligence, Joint Staff (J2). This action was solicited via the previously awarded (July 2015) Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract vehicle. Seven proposals were received. Work will be performed in the National Capital Region. The potential task order end date is Sept. 29, 2021, if all options are exercised. The Virginia Contracting Activity, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.

 

NAVY

 

Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Connecticut, is being awarded a not-to-exceed $101,295,930 undefinitized, cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-13-C-2128 for the manufacturing of 22 tactical missile tubes in support of the Ohio-class replacement.  The contractor will be manufacturing tactical missile tubes to support the manufacture of the common missile compartment for the Ohio Replacement Program.  Work will be performed in Quonset Point, Rhode Island, and is expected to be completed by December 2024.  United Kingdom Foreign Military Sales incremental funding in the amount of $2,281,400; and fiscal 2016 research, development, test, and evaluation (Navy) funding in the amount of $1,118,600 will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.

 

AIR FORCE

 

Northrop Grumman Technical Services, Herndon, Virginia, has been awarded a $54,073,997 delivery order (FA8105-17-F-0003) to previously awarded contract FA8106-10-D-0001for 12 engine overhauls in support of the KC-10 program. Work will be performed at Vancouver, Canada, and is expected to be complete by Sept. 28, 2018. Fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $54,073,997 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity.

 

Northrop Grumman Technical Services, Herndon, Virginia, has been awarded a $42,320,926 delivery order (FA8105-17-F-0002) to previously awarded contract FA8106-10-D-0001 for contractor logistic support for aircraft and spares in support of the KC-10 program. Work will be performed worldwide to include McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey; Travis AFB, California; Hickam AFB, Hawaii; Yakota Air Base, Japan; and Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, and is expected to be complete by Sept. 28, 2018. Fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $42,320,926 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity.

 

ARMY

 

Covenant General Contractors Inc.,* Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was awarded a $22,235,503 firm-fixed-price contract for hauling and installing mobile housing in the area covered by FEMA-4277-DR-LA. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 22 received, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2016.  Funding and work location will be determined with each order.  Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis, Tennessee, is the contracting activity (W912EQ-17-D-0002).
