JCOC in Djibouti, Africa

U.S. Marine aircrew members stand outside their MH-53 helicopter after dropping off participants of the Joint Civilian Orientation Conference 72 at Tadjoura, Djibouti, Oct. 21, 2006. The JCOC participants toured a U.S. Navy Seabee constructions site at a local secondary school, toured a local hospital, and handed out school supplies and soccer balls to the children of the community.
