| New York Air National Guardsmen and New York Army Guardsmen carry water and cases of food to residents in Staten Island, N.Y., on Nov. 1, 2012. The food and water is being provided to people who needed assistance after hurricane Sandy took down power lines and caused massive destruction to many homes in the area.
