GENERAL OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen announced today that the President has nominated Maj. Gen Donald L. Peterson, U.S. Air Force, for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general with assignment as deputy chief of staff, personnel, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon. Peterson is currently assigned as assistant deputy chief of staff, Air and Space Operations, Headquarters, U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
Peterson was born July 7, 1944, in Victoria, Texas. |
