Flag Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced today that the President has nominated Navy Adm. William J. Fallon for re-appointment to the grade of admiral and assignment as commander, U.S. Central Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Fla. Fallon is currently serving as commander, U.S. Pacific Command, Honolulu, Hawaii. |
