Rear Adm. (lower half) Mark H. Buzby is being assigned as commander, Joint Task Force Guantanamo, U.S. Southern Command, Guantanamo, Cuba. Buzby is currently serving as deputy director, expeditionary warfare, N85B, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.
Rear Adm. (lower half) Harry B. Harris Jr. is being assigned as director of operations, J3, U.S. Southern Command, Miami, Fla. Harris is currently serving as commander, Joint Task Force Guantanamo, U.S. Southern Command, Guantanamo, Cuba.
