General Officer Assignments

The Army chief of staff announces the assignment of the following officers:
 
Brig. Gen. Walter L. Davis, commander, Joint Unmanned Aircraft Systems Center of Excellence, Indian Springs Airfield, Creech Air Force Base, Nev., to director of operational maneuver, Third U.S. Army/U.S. Army Central, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
 
Brig. Gen. Jeffrey W. Foley, director of architecture operations, networks and space, G-6, Office of the Chief Information Officer/G-6, U.S. Army, Washington, D.C., to commanding general, U.S. Army Signal Center and Fort Gordon/commandant, U.S. Army Signal School, Fort Gordon, Ga.
 
Brig. Gen. Michael D. Jones, deputy director for politico-military affairs (Middle East), J-5, The Joint Staff, Washington, D.C., to commanding general, Civilian Police Assistance Training Team, Multi-National Security Transition Command-Iraq, Multi-National Force-Iraq.
