Maj. Gen. Michael D. Barbero, deputy director, regional operations, J-3, The Joint Staff, Washington, D.C., to deputy chief of staff, operations (C-3), Multi-National Force-Iraq.
Brig. Gen. Anthony J. Tata, deputy commanding general (support), 10th Mountain Division (Light), Fort Drum, N.Y., to deputy director, operations, Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization, Arlington, Virginia.
