Blackledge, U.S. Army Reserve, commander (troop program unit), 352d Civil Affairs Command, Riverdale Park, Md., to assistant to the deputy chief of staff, Mobilization and Reserve Affairs (individual mobilization augmentee), Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3, Washington, D.C.
Brig. Gen. Jon J. Miller, U.S. Army Reserve, deputy commanding general for mobilization and training (individual mobilization augmentee), U.S. Army Combined Arms Support Command, Fort Lee, Va., to commander, 7th Army Reserve Command, Germany and deputy commanding general, 21st Theater Support Command, Germany.
