Navy Reserve Rear Adm. (lower half) Jeffrey A. Lemmons has been nominated for appointment to the grade of rear admiral while serving as commander, Naval Air Force Reserve/vice commander, Naval Air Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, San Diego, Calif.
Navy Reserve Rear Adm. (lower half) Carol M. Pottenger has been nominated for appointment to the grade of rear admiral while serving as commander, Expeditionary Strike Group One/commander, Amphibious Group One, Okinawa, Japan.
Navy Reserve Rear Adm. (lower half) Frank F. Rennie IV has been nominated for appointment to the grade of rear admiral while serving as battle staff director, J3R, U.S. European Command, Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Germany.
Navy Reserve Rear Adm. (lower half) Robin M. Watters has been nominated for appointment to the grade of rear admiral while serving as deputy commander, Seventh Fleet, Yokosuka, Japan.
