            The Air Force chief of staff announces the assignments of the following general officers:

D.C.
 
            Brig. Gen. Robert C. Kane, deputy director, operations and training, deputy chief of staff, air, space and information operations, plans and requirements, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C., to vice commander, 18th Air Force, Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
 
            Brig. Gen. Lyn D.
