General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced today that the President has nominated Air Force Col. Bruce A. Litchfield for promotion to the grade of brigadier general. Litchfield is currently assigned as director of logistics, Headquarters Pacific Air Forces, Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii. |
