Maj. Gen. Alfred K. Flowers, commander, air force officer accession and training schools, Air University, Air Education and Training Command, Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala., to commander, Second Air Force, Air Education and Training Command, Keesler Air Force Base, Miss.
Col. Darryl W. Burke, who has been selected to the rank of brigadier general, senior military assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C., to vice commander, Twelfth Air Force, Air Combat Command and vice commander, United States Southern Command Air Forces, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz.
