Flag Officer Assignment
Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Gary Roughead announced the following flag officer assignment:
Rear Adm. (lower half) Philip H. Cullom, who has been selected to the rank of rear admiral, is being assigned as director, Fleet Readiness Division, N43, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C. Cullom is currently serving as commander, Carrier Strike Group Eight, Norfolk, Va. |
