Brig. Gen. Alan R. Lynn, chief of staff, Defense Information Systems Agency, Arlington, Va., to commanding general, 311th Theater Signal Command, Fort Shafter, Hawaii.
Col. Timothy K. Adams, who has been selected for the rank of brigadier general, commander, U.S. Army Research Institute of Chemical Defense, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Md., to commander, U.S. Army Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine/chief, U.S. Army Veterinary Corps, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md.
