Flag Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced today that the President has nominated Navy Rear Adm. Mark D. Harnitchek for appointment to the grade of vice admiral and assignment as deputy commander, U.S. Transportation Command, Scott Air Forcw Base, Ill. Harnitchek is currently serving as director for strategy, plans, policy and programs, J4/J5, U.S. Transportation Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill. |
