DoD Identifies Army Casualty

            The Department of Defense announced today the death of a soldier who was supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
 
            Chief Warrant Officer Brent S. Cole, 38, of Reedsville, W. Va., died May 22, when his helicopter went down in Tarin Kwot, Afghanistan. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
 
            The circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.
