Secretary of Defense Robert M. Gates announced today that the President has nominated Navy Adm. Robert F. Willard for reappointment to the grade of admiral and assignment as commander, U.S. Pacific Command, Honolulu, Hawaii. Willard is currently serving as commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet, Honolulu, Hawaii. |
