Brig. Gen. Darryl W. Burke, vice commander, 12th Air Force (Air Forces Southern), Air Combat Command, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., to commander, 82nd Training Wing, Air Education and Training Command, Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas.
