Sumit Agarwal has been appointed to the Senior Executive Service and is assigned as deputy assistant secretary of defense for outreach and social media, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Public Affairs), Washington, D.C. Agarwal previously served as head of mobile product management (North America), Google, Mountain View, Calif.
Elaine A. McCusker has been appointed to the Senior Executive Service and is assigned as deputy director for operations, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller), Washington, D.C. McCusker previously served as associate director, integration programs, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller), Washington, D.C.
Guy A. Stratton has been appointed to the Senior Executive Service and is assigned as principal director, manpower and personnel, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Reserve Affairs), Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Personnel and Readiness), Washington, D.C.
