General Officer Assignment
The chief of staff, Air Force announced today the following assignment:
Brig. Gen. Timothy M. Zadalis, commander, 21st Expeditionary Mobility Task Force, Air Mobility Command, McGuire Air Force Base, N.J., to director, air plans, International Security Assistance Force Joint Command, U. S. Forces-Afghanistan, Kabul, Afghanistan.
