            Anthony Whitehouse has been assigned as director, Civilian Personnel Management Service, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Personnel & Readiness), Washington, D.C.  Whitehouse previously served as deputy assistant G-1 for civilian personnel, Department of the Army, Alexandria, Va.
