Kendall, commander, Kandahar Airfield, U.S. Forces-Afghanistan, U.S. Central Command, Kandahar, Afghanistan, to director, warfighter systems integration, Office of Warfighting Integration and Chief Information Officer, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
