Flag Officer Announcements
Secretary of Defense Leon E. Panetta announced today that the President has made the following nominations:
Navy Reserve Capt. Janet R. Donovan has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral (lower half). Donovan is currently serving as force judge advocate general, Navy Reserve Forces Command, Norfolk, Va.
Navy Reserve Capt. Deborah P. Haven has been nominated for appointment to the rank of rear admiral (lower half). Haven is currently serving as commanding officer, Navy Reserve Logistics Support Unit, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Norfolk, Va.
