Holt, who has been selected for the rank of brigadier general, director, Secretary of the Air Force and Chief of Staff of the Air Force Executive Action Group, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C., to director of logistics, J4, Headquarters U.S. European Command, Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Germany.
Col. Scott A. Kindsvater, who has been selected for the rank of brigadier general, commander, 93rd Air Ground Operations Wing, Air Combat Command, Moody Air Force Base, Ga., to deputy chief, support/security assistance, Office of Defense Representative - Pakistan, U.S. Central Command, Islamabad, Pakistan.
