Flag Officer Announcement
The Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus and Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Jonathan W. Greenert announced today the following assignment:
Rear Adm. Michael T. Franken will be assigned as chief of legislative affairs, Washington, D.C. Franken is currently serving as commander, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, Djibouti, Africa.
