General Officer Assignment
The chief of staff, Air Force announced today the following assignment:
Brig. Gen. Richard A. Klumpp Jr. director, U.S. Forces-Afghanistan Liaison to the U.S. Embassy, U.S. Central Command, Kabul, Afghanistan, to director, strategic planning, deputy chief of staff for strategic plans and programs, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
