General Officer Announcement
Secretary of Defense Leon E. Panetta announced today that the President has made the following nomination:
Army Col. Clayton M. Hutmacher has been nominated for the rank of brigadier general. Hutmacher is currently serving as commander, U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation Command, Fort Bragg, N.C.
