Army Reserve Col. Marion Garcia to the rank of brigadier general and for assignment as the deputy commander, 200th Military Police Command, Fort Meade, Md. Garcia is currently serving as chief of staff, 200th Military Police Command, Fort Meade, Md.
Army Reserve Col. Michaelene A. Kloster to the rank of brigadier general and for assignment as the commander, 98th Division (Initial Entry Training), Rochester, N.Y. Kloster is currently serving as commander, 1st Mobilization Support Group-East, Fort Totten, N.Y.
Army Reserve Col. Garrett S. Yee to the rank of brigadier general and for assignment as the deputy commander for mobilization (Individual Mobilization Augmentee), Surface Deployment and Distribution Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill. Yee is currently serving as commander, 505th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade, Las Vegas, Nev.
