Secretary of Defense Leon E. Panetta announced the following Department of Defense Senior Executive Service appointments:
Edward J. Fish has been appointed to the Senior Executive Service and is assigned as the director, Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility, Office of the Director, Administration and Management, Fort George G. Meade, Md. Col. Fish previously served as the commander, U.S. Army Central Clearance Facility, Fort George G. Meade, Md.
Paul R. Brubaker has been appointed as the director, planning and performance management, Office of the Deputy Chief Management Officer, Arlington, Va. Brubaker previously served as president and chief operating officer for Silver Lining, a government focused mobility advisory services firm, Shepherdstown, W.Va.
