United States Air Force, for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general with assignment as director of command, control, communications and computer (C4) systems, J-6,
The Joint Staff, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
Woodward is currently serving as director, command control systems, J-6, NORAD/United States Space Command and director, communications and information, Air Force Space Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colo.
Woodward was born Oct. 18, 1946, in Watertown, New York.
