FLAG OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen announced today that the President has nominated Vice Adm. Robert J. Natter, U.S. Navy, for reappointment to the grade of vice admiral and assignment as director, Space, Information Warfare, Command and Control, N6, office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.
Natter is currently serving as commander, Seventh Fleet in Yokosuka, Japan.
Natter was born April 9, 1945 in Trussville, Ala.
