FLAG OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENT
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen announced today that the President has nominated Navy Vice Adm. Robert J. Natter, for appointment to the grade of vice admiral and assignment as deputy chief of Naval Operations for Plans, Policy, and Operations, N3/N5, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, the Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Natter is currently serving as director, Space, Information Warfare, Command and Control, N6, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, the Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
